Full job description
- Store Operation aur strategy ko design aur execute karein taaki humare objectives meet ho sakein
- Store administration ko complete karein aur policies aur procedures ke sath compliance ensure karein
- Store ke daily operations ko oversee karein, aur make sure karein ki wo smoothly aur effectively chale
- Outstanding store condition aur visual merchandising standards maintain karein
- Sabhi controllable costs ko manage karein taaki operations profitable rahein
- Service requirements samajhne ke liye department people (construction) ke sath reports establish karke current aur future requirements identify karein
- Department heads aur Plant Head dwara authorized requisition slip ke mutabik production ko material issue karein, sahi care aur handling ke sath
- Inventory stock levels ko control karein aur budget ke andar reordering karein jab zaroorat ho
- Quantity, quality, rates ke liye sabhi invoices check karein aur record maintain karein
- Store mein inventory ki regular availability ensure karein, aur har samay appropriate level of inventory maintain karein
- Loss Prevention ke sabhi aspects manage karein aur theft, inventory management aur operations controls ke liye external aur internal procedures ko follow karein
- Ensure karein ki materials chhoti piles mein rakhi gayi ho aur proper stacking ki gayi ho taaki kisi bhi waqt physical stock accuracy ke sath obtain ho sake
- Safety, security aur clean store environment maintain karein evacuation routes develop aur publish karke; potentially dangerous materials aur chemicals ke locations determine aur document karke
- Zarurat padne par additional store manager duties perform karein
