Overview:
We are seeking ek dedicated aur experienced Factory Manager jo hamare manufacturing operations ko oversee kare. Factory Manager ki zimmedari efficient production processes ko ensure karna, resources ko manage karna, aur ek safe working environment maintain karna hoga. Is role ke liye strong leadership skills, manufacturing processes mein proficiency, aur quality aur efficiency ke prati commitment zaroori hai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Factory ki daily operations ko oversee kare, jisme production, quality control, maintenance, aur administration shamil hain.
- Customer demands ko pura karne ke liye production schedules develop aur implement kare, jisse costs minimize ho sakein.
- Production standards ko monitor kare aur quality control programs implement kare taaki products specifications ke according banein.
- Resources, including personnel, equipment, aur materials ko manage aur optimize kare.
- Health aur safety regulations ka compliance ensure kare aur ek clean aur orderly workplace maintain kare.
- Productivity improve karne aur waste reduce karne ke liye strategies develop aur implement kare.
- Factory workers ko train aur motivate kare taaki production goals achieve ho aur high morale maintain rahe.
- Production reports prepare aur analyse kare taaki key performance indicators (KPIs) ko define aur track kiya ja sake aur data-driven decisions le sakein.
- Industry trends aur developments ke saath current rahe taaki manufacturing processes aur techniques ko improve kiya ja sake.
Required Qualifications:
- Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, ya kisi related field mein Bachelor’s degree (ya equivalent experience).
- Proven experience ek manufacturing leadership role mein, kam se kam 5 saal ek managerial capacity mein.
- Production processes, quality control, aur health and safety standards ka strong understanding.
- Excellent leadership aur interpersonal skills, diverse team ko motivate aur manage karne ki ability ke saath.
- Pressure mein problem-solving aur decision-making ki proficiency.
- Solid organizational aur time-management skills.
- Lean manufacturing principles aur continuous improvement methodologies ka experience preferred hai.
- Organization ke sabhi levels par effectively communicate karne ki ability. Language: Hindi aur English.
