Looking for a Production Manager with minimum 3 years work experience
Factory Manager Responsibilities:
- Factory operations ko streamline karne ke liye naye innovative strategies develop aur implement karna.
- Naye factory workers ko screen, recruit aur train karna.
- Quality control managers ke saath milke quality control processes establish aur execute karna.
- Factory machinery ko achi working condition mein ensure karna.
- Production data analyze karke kisi bhi production issues ko identify aur resolve karna.
- Production reports prepare karke key decision-makers ko submit karna.
- Regularly finished products inspect karke dekhna ki woh established quality standards ko meet karte hain ya nahi.
- Factory workers ko motivate karna taaki woh factory targets ko continuously achieve kar sakein.
Factory Manager Requirements:
- Architecture/Interior Design mein Diploma/Bachelors degree hona chahiye, ya phir on-the-job self-learnt with verified credentials.
- Business administration, industrial management, logistics ya related field mein Bachelor’s degree hona added advantage hoga.
- Essential computer skills jaise MS-Excel aur Auto-Cad ana zaruri hai.
- Factory ya site mein managerial ya supervisory role mein proven experience hona chahiye.
- Production aur inventory management ke saath quality control certification hona added advantage hoga.
- Industry-specific factory equipment ka sound knowledge hona chahiye.
- Multitask karne ki ability honi chahiye.
- Outstanding time management skills hone chahiye.
- Excellent analytical aur problem-solving skills hone chahiye.
- Strong management aur leadership skills hone chahiye.
- Effective communication skills hone chahiye.
- Woodworking, product design, interior design field work mein previous experience preferred hoga.
