Job Overview:
Hum ek dynamic aur experienced E-commerce Manager ki talash mein hain jo hamare online sales aur presence ko oversee kar sake. Ideal candidate ko hamari e-commerce platform ko manage karna, online sales ko drive karna, aur overall customer experience ko enhance karne ki zimmedari hogi. Aap marketing, sales, aur customer service teams ke saath mil kar kaam karenge taaki ek seamless aur engaging online shopping experience ensure ho sake.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Company ke online store ko oversee aur manage karein, ensure karein ki yeh up-to-date, user-friendly aur conversions ke liye optimized ho.
- Marketplace Management: Marketplaces jaise Amazon, Flipkart aur dusre platforms par product listings ko manage aur optimize karein. Product visibility, competitive pricing aur positive customer reviews ko ensure karein.
- Sales Strategy: Online sales ko badhane aur customer retention improve karne ke liye strategies develop aur implement karein.
- Performance Monitoring: Website aur marketplace performance metrics, sales data aur customer behavior ko track, analyze aur report karein. Insights ka use karke continuous improvement drive karein.
- Customer Experience: Online shopping experience ko enhance karein site navigation, product listings aur checkout processes ko optimize karke.
- Marketing Coordination: Marketing team ke saath collaborate karein taaki SEO, SEM, email marketing aur social media campaigns ke through traffic aur sales drive kar sakein.
- Inventory Management: Inventory team ke saath kaam karein taaki accurate stock levels aur timely fulfillment of orders ensure ho sakein.
- Vendor Relations: Third-party vendors aur service providers jaise payment processors aur shipping companies ke saath relationships manage karein.
- Budget Management: E-commerce budget ko develop aur manage karein, resources ka efficient use karke sales goals achieve karne ki koshish karein.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business ya kisi related field mein.
- Proven experience e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) ko manage karne ka.
- Strong understanding online sales strategies, SEO, SEM, aur digital marketing ka.
- Experience marketplaces jaise Amazon aur Flipkart par product listings aur sales ko manage karne ka.
- Excellent analytical skills aur web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) use karne mein proficiency.
- Strong project management skills aur attention to detail.
- Ability fast-paced environment mein independently aur collaboratively kaam karne ki.
- Excellent communication aur organizational skills.
